Chocolate Covered Strawberries

2 pints of fresh strawberries
1 lb. semi-sweet chocolate

  1. Clean strawberries off with clean, dry paper towel.
  2. Do not wash strawberries. The chocolate will not stick to the strawberry.
  3. Melt the chocolate, using a double broiler.
  4. Dip the strawberry in the chocolate. Place on a piece of wax paper.
  5. Let dry about 5 minutes.
Goes great with a chilled bottle of champagne.
