Pistachio Encrusted Seabass With Frangelico Cream Sauce

4 7Oz. Pieces Of Fresh Seabass
2 Cups Chopped Pistachio's
1 Cup Bread Crumbs
1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Pepper

Cream Sauce Ingredients
2 Tbs. Of Frangelico
1 Cup Heavy Cream
1/2 Tsp. Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
Place frangelico and heavy cream in sauce pan and heat until thick.
Add Flakes.

Dip seabass in heavy cream and roll in pistachio bread crumb mixture.

Brown in saute pan with little oil.

Remove from pan and place on sheet pan and finish in oven about 15-20 minutes.

Remove from pan. Serve with your favorite vegetables and starch and top the seabass with the frangelico cream sauce.
