Florentine Cup with Fresh Berries and Cream

1 ½ oz Florentine mix
¼ oz sunflower seeds (small chopped pistachios, almonds, pine nuts)
Blackberries, Raspberries, Blueberries, & Strawberries, Plums

  1. Place mix on parchment paper, (wax paper is fine), place in shape of a circle.

  2. Bake at 350* until golden brown 2-3 minutes.

  3. Let sit 30 seconds until you are able to work with it.

  4. Form over bottom of coffee cup to hold its shape. Handle carefully, very fragile.

  5. Place different berries in Florentine cup until full.

  6. Place a dollop of whipped cream on bottom of plate. Place Florentine cup atop of whip cream.

  7. Garnish plate with sliced plums (also, seasonal fruit-peaches, kiwi, apples – remember apples do brown, keep in lemon juice and water until ready to use) If you don’t have fruit sauces at home, don’t worry chocolate shavings or chopped nuts will do just fine.
